At Nordsprite, many of our products are customized and made to order. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Window
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 7 days after the order is delivered.
To request a return, please contact us at support@nordsprite.com with your order number and details about the item.
Customized Items
Customized items are made specifically for you. For this reason, customized products cannot be returned or refunded for non-quality reasons, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Incorrect customization details provided by the customer
Personal preference
Duplicate orders placed by mistake
No longer needing the item
Quality Issues, Damaged Items, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery at support@nordsprite.com.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item
Photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution depending on the situation.
Return Conditions
If a return is approved, the item must be:
Unused
In its original condition
In its original packaging when possible
Returned according to the instructions provided by our support team
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Customized or personalized products
Used items
Items damaged due to misuse
Items returned after the 7-day return window
Items without proof of purchase
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to a quality issue, damaged item, or incorrect item.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because customized products enter production after ordering, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nordsprite.com. We will do our best to assist before production begins.
