Because our products are customized and made to order, customization and production usually take 7-14 business days.
After shipment, delivery usually takes 7-10 business days.
The estimated total delivery time is 14-24 business days.

Returns and Refunds
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.
Customized items cannot be returned or refunded for non-quality reasons.
