Because our products are customized and made to order, please allow 7-14 business days for customization and production before your order is shipped.
After your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 7-10 business days depending on your location, carrier service, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Order Processing and Customization
Each customized item is made specifically for your order. Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If you need to update your order details, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nordsprite.com.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow some time for tracking details to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Nordsprite is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
